I notice that some people have started to convert d/watch files to 
version 5 format.

While there is no consensus to do this, which is not my problem, I 
also note that often it's done wrong for CPAN distributions.

Random example:

Wrong:
     Source: https://metacpan.org/release/Mail-Message
     Matching-Pattern: .*/Mail-Message-v?@ANY_VERSION@@ARCHIVE_EXT@$

Correct:
     Template: Metacpan
     Dist: Mail-Message

This is not only semantics and aesthetics; the reason why Yadd 
started version 5 in the first place was exactly the MetaCPAN 
thingie, as they started to block random user-agents (anti-scraper 
defence) and recommended using the MetaCPAN API -- and that's what 
the uscan Metacpan template uses.

I've now fixed what I've found in our repos (and also noticed a 
couple of minor issues in uscan, which require Uversionmangles at 
this point). -- Please use the Metacpan template in the future if you 
want to switch to version 5.
