Não alterei o texto. Apenas a formatação. São dois .NEWS.

Acho que você se refere ao 'debian/bogofilter-bdb.NEWS'. Troquei a
formatação, e estranhamente, o registros de versões passadas não
estão presentes. São 8. Só tem a '1.2.4+dfsg1-3'. Errei ai.

Desta vez usei 'sed -i 's#^  [\*,\-]#  #g' debian/bogofilter-bdb.NEWS'
e não toquei no arquivo. Ainda tem uns '*', por isso troquei sua
sugestão no debian/changelog. Não tem lintian, então deixei.
