•Terminal command to download (clone) the entire Debian package repository (contrib, main, non-free-firmware, non-free) for an apt compatible offline local repository of every Debian package. Only including architectures AMD64, ARM64, and all (universal) to include those only available as all.deb, as well as any other necessary files.

•Terminal command to update the local repository without redownloading everything.

•What will the possible approximate size of the repository be  only including AMD64, ARM64, and all (universal), as well as other necessary files in the repository if needed.
