A simple comment :

The main point was the state not installed of mesa-drm-shim ; I was 
approximately investigating following some forum (that's the why of 
choose of backports version of kernel and firmwares), but I may guess 
that a simple installation of mesa-drm-shim in the same "version" 
(backports or not) of kernel and firmwares is enough.

N.B. my processor usage rise of few percent since (was rarely out of 1% 
before, and now work as it want out of that "limit" ; it seems quite 
happy of my change and enjoy working now).
