As someone who uses the Uploaders field both inside and outside of teams,
I would have no objection against making it optional.

Sure, it’s going to make it hard to spot team-"unmaintained" packages
(packages hosted by a team, but actually orphaned), but it’s not like
these are easy to spot with the current setup.
