Re: unmaintained packages hidden by team maintenance (was Re: Bits from the DPL)

Btw. I remember, that we discussed many years ago moving Uploaders
and other meta data out of the package itself, right? The idea was
avoiding package uploads just for the purpose of changing that field,
i.e. waste of CPU cycles and bandwidth for little information update.
