Debusine can be installed on premise so this is blatantly false.

Other competitors could have asked for funding for their project
provided it adhered to the conditions described here[1] or there[2].

I really don't know what you are trying to prove here, but you are doing
it badly, in my opinion.

To be fair, I agree with Steve, you're obviously stuck into a
finger-pointing name and shame loop against some people for whatever
reason of yours you have. This is not sane and this is not really
acceptable either.

I'll stick to the sane aspect though, I'd recommend that you take a step
back, breath a good bit of fresh air.
