Lemmy Instance

Hi all!


I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask. Feel free to redirect me
otherwise.

At the risk of sounding FOMO, I was wondering if anyone here has ever
thought of joining the bandwagon and open a Lemmy instance.

I thought about this when I saw that kernel.org got their own social media
at social.kernel.org. I think it's a Mastodon instance.

Maybe it can be a good place for announcements, discussions, as well as
promotions.

I'd be willing to help as much as I can!
