Request for Micronews for singularity-container in fasttrack

Hi Publicity team,

I recently happened to upload singularity-container to bookworm-fasttrack. This is an important package
for HPC related applications and people who run scientific packages in a containerized env.

It could not make it to stable due to not having a proper LTS support, and hence I'm vendoring it via fasttrack.debian.net, and happened to upload "3.11.0+ds1-1~fto12+1" some hours ago.

I don't believe that an interested user will stumble across it randomly. Hence, can I request for a micronews
to be published so it might gain interest of someone who would like to try it?
If you otherwise do not have the time, would you allow me to commit directly to the salsa repo? I'm a DD and would have access.
