Hi Everyone!

It has been quite some time since we have had a team meeting, to re-start
the process we will propose several dates/times that we can vote on to
reach the best day available for us to meet. We should endeavor to have one
meet per month.

This meeting will be held on IRC in our #debian-publicity channel on OFTC.

The weekday times and dates proposed are 2023: June 27, 28, 29, or 30th at
1600, 1800, or 2000 hours.

The weekend date and times proposed are 2023: July 1st at 1400, 1600, or
1900 hours.

All times are UTC.

Please select the best times from the Poll[1], to convert UTC time to local:
$ date -d '2023-06-27 16:00:00 UTC
$ Tue Jun 27 12:00:00 PM EDT 2023

or use a time service[2].

Agenda:

1) In August Debian turns 30, let us brainstorm some ideas to celebrate
this milestone date, and spread the word for the upcoming "Debian Day".

2) DebConf/Camp starts September 3rd and ends September 17th. We should
have pre-, during, and -post coverage for the conference. Also up for
discussion is: Do we need a separate Debian (DebConf) social media presence?

3) DPN Scheduling ...into Bits?
The DPN has not been published in some time, perhaps we can start it again
using the Bits platform.

4) We have an upcoming point release to announce.

5) Open discussion.

Hope to see you there, if you cannot make it please send an email on this
list so that we are able to give your thoughts some discussion time.
