DebConf23 publicity coverage

Hi Sahil,

As you sent the initial emails to the Debian Publicity team, I hope this 
email finds you as the correct contact person, if not please advise or forward.

As DebCamp and DebConf begin shortly, we at the Debian Publicity team would 
like to extend an invitation to partner with your team and the event as 
much as possible.

Toward that, could you please forward to us any information that your team 
feels needs to be published through official Debian news and social media 
feeds? This would be things like requests for more sponsors, new sponsors, 
bursary and other deadlines, travel tips, and so on.

Additionally we will need from you, or provide to you a liaison for the 
event so that we are able to provide coverage in between the calendared 
events, it adds a good amount of 'in the moment perspective' for our readers.

Another thing is we have and use #hashtags for the event, we need to ensure 
that we are all on the same page for social media coverage or pushes to 
media. For DC23 the tags will be: #Debian #DebCamp #DebConf #DebianIndia. 
Please feel free to add more so that we can utilize them as well.

On that topic, this year we plan on using only the main @Debian account 
across media rather than the @Debian and the @DebConf aliases, please 
advise your media team of such.

Lastly, when your team has the official conference schedule, please keep us 
in the loop as that schedule is how we base our coverage of the event on, 
and use it to pre-announce times for the in-person and on-line sessions.
