If you agree, I suggest that we start the meeting at around 19:30 to
allow Anupa to attend part of the meeting. (You can reply on the IRC
channel)

Please note that the agenda for the meeting is avaible at

It would be useful if certain items on the agenda could be based on
documents sent to participants before the meeting (for example, a short
presentation of the section "Stage the testing and announcements of
publicity team services" would be very useful).
