Control: severity 655664 serious

Hi Ana and others,

I looked into #1032166 as it is an rc bug without activity for prolonged
time. It asks for debian-timeline not to be included in bookworm and
since bookworm has been released, I consider it done thus closing.

On the flip side, it actually states that debian-timeline is not useful
in any current browser due to #655664. So that's the underlying
technical problem. I am thus raising that bug to rc severity even though
it was originally filed at normal severity: The most common way to use
the package shows an empty timeline. Please let me know if you disagree
with this.
