I would like the meeting to start an hour earlier for better timezone
coverage (17:00 UTC) and extend the survey to Tuesday January 7th as
planned at the December meeting

I point out that the next point release of Debian will take place
on January 11th and we have to prepare it in the days before.

Finally, I think that limiting the meeting to an hour and a half maximum
is more reasonable.
