Initially I agreed with Andreas' response[1], though in the re-reading of
this email and some recent IRC discussion around who may actually own these
accounts, I think this thread belongs firmly in -vote.

Debian as a project will need to decide our social media presence based on
the two positions garnered by Gerardo. No matter which way we go or how we
heed the multiple opinions expressed on this matter, we still have
obligations for a proposed exit[2] solution.

The scope of this discussion sets us firmly toward the realm of an overall
project decision leading to a GR on social media or towards a GR on a
specific social media platform.


This should be pushed to -vote.
