I'm interested in learning the process of updating packages, initially,
python-lsp-server.

At the moment I'm learning how to upload the pristine-tars and after
that how to build the package [1]. I'll need to practice this locally
before disturbing the peace of the team too much.

During my learning, I'll be asking stupid questions if that's ok and
I'll happy to update the wiki/docs whenever needed.
