You will need to configure the CI using the file debian/salsa-ci.yml in Settings -> CI/CD -> General pipelines -> CI/CD configuration file before. Like done in https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/sphinx-book-theme/-/settings/ci_cd#js-general-pipeline-settings You should be able to see this settings site as you are a member of the DPT on Salsa.
