Join the python-team

Hi,

I want to join the python-team to maintain the following packages within the
python-team:

  - usbmuxctl: I created the package, mentored and uploaded by bage,
               I have DM uploading rights for this package. [0]

  - grpcio-reflection: I created the package, uploaded by agx [1]

  - cozy: I created the package, mentored and uploaded by eamanu [2]

  - labgrid: Is already team maintained, I updated the package
             mentored and uploaded by bage [3]

My salsa login is 'manut'.

I have read and accept [4].
