Is anyone available to help me get this through? Please. I think I have
been pretty patient, up till now. Either no one is interested, or everyone
in the Debian community is extremely busy ;)

Maybe I need to talk to someone directly? or just give up?

I'd rather it not time out of mentors again, forcing me to go through the
whole process again
