toolz: FTBFS building against python 3.15

Package: src:toolz Version: 1.1.0-1 User: [email protected] Usertags: python3.15 Tags: patch Hi! While rebuilding the python related packages against the python version 3.15rc1 we found that toolz fails to build from source[1]. There is an open pr about this issue that adds compatibility for python 3.15 [2], and it seems to fix the build. I'm attaching the patch that we used in the sandbox to make toolz to build. Please consider including this patch or a similar one in you next upload.
