Package: dolphin
Version: 4:25.04.3-1+deb13u1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

# What led up to the situation

Vanilla install, Debian 13 desktop with KDE Plasma in a Parallels VM. On first
copy of /media/cdrom0 folder to desktop, Dolphin creates ~22 "copies" of cdrom0
on the desktop. None of these folders are usable (can't double click into them
or act on them normally). Rebooting or logging out and back in returns the
desktop to a normal state with one cdrom0 on the desktop that behaves normally.

# What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?

Deleting "cdrom0" from the desktop and copying it again behaves normally.

Have been able to produce the bug twice by starting from a fresh install from
debian-13.6.0-arm64-DVD-1.iso.

## Steps to reproduce
1. Install debian 13 with KDE Plasma desktop (parallels VM, if that matters)
2. Mount "parallels tools" cdrom
3. drag/drop folder "cdrom0" from /media onto desktop (because can't change
permissions to exec from r/o media), choose "copy" from the menu that appears.

# What was the outcome of this action?

20-30 "copies" of cdrom0 appear on the desktop. Except for being able to
preview the contents by clicking on the up arrow that appears in the upper left
corner, none of these "copies" are usable as folders/directories.

The terminal confirms that only 1 copy was created at the filesystem level in
~/Desktop.

Logging out or rebooting "restores" the expected state of one folder on the
desktop that behaves normally.

# What outcome did you expect instead?

One copy of "cdrom0" should appear on the desktop and behave like a normal
folder/directory object.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2

# Additional information

Initially reported this to dolphin directly, not debain - that was my mistake.
They pointed me to debian's reportbug.

I don't honestly know if this is actually a dolphin issue or something else,
but dolphin is the closest thing I can think that would control this behavior.

I'm also unsure if I could reproduce the behavior with testing/unstable
packages.
