Dear Maintainer, sometimes kioworker jumps to 100% usage on top.
It usually just stays around 100% for several hours on end and only uses 100% of a single cpu.

The issue is probably with loading icons for desktop shortcuts, but it might also be due to format incompatibility.
The bug happens randomly without having to do anything.

I also asked around on the debian forums and they told me to make a report here.
