Bug#1095943: vcswatch should check upstream and pristine-tar branches

Dear vcswatch developers,

could you please extend vcswatch to check if the upstream and 
pristine-tar branches (if they exist) are aligned with the main branch 
and its changelog?

For instance, for the past two months the master branch of pam contained 
the sources for 1.7.0, but the upstream and pristine-tar branches were 
still at version 1.5.3 because the corresponding branches and tags had 
not been pushed.
