julius: package mismatch between Debian and Ubuntu

Hi,

Looking at https://udd.debian.org/dmd.cgi?email1=debian-devel-games%40lists.debian.org,
I was surprised by the Ubuntu package version.
But here is what Ubuntu says:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/julius
and what Debian says:
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/julius

I did not find the corresponding Ubuntu package for this Debian package.
