broadcom-sta package in Debian 13

Hi,

A recent update of linux-image-amd64 has broken my Wifi on Debian 13. I see
that migration of the broadcom-sta package was blocked by the freeze. Can
you allow it pls? I bet the issue has been fixed in the new version.
