Sounds like something for the screen masking functionality.

We already have for example:

  N: masked by screen python/egg/metadata
  M: python3-rasterio: package-contains-documentation-outside-usr-share-doc [usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/rasterio-1.5.0.dist-info/top_level.txt]

We could add something like:

  N: masked by screen perl/cpan/watch
  M: libgeo-gpx-perl source: debian-watch-does-not-check-openpgp-signature [debian/watch]

Kind Regards,
