Bug#1142068: UDD: says some packages don't have autopkgtests when they do

Some packages actually have autopkgtests, but QA pages claim they don't 
(no debci line in links panel of tracker.debian.org, "- -" CI status on 
DDPO, blank CI status on UDD DMD).

Currently known examples are rpy2 and python-salib:
