Bug#1139451: trixie-pu: package llvm-toolchain-22/1:22.1.7-1~deb13u1

The packages as uploaded to NEW have some dependency issues:

     pkg:
      package: liboffload-22
      version: 1:22.1.8-1~deb13u1
      architecture: amd64
      unsat-dependency: libomp5 (>= 1:22.1)

trixie has libomp5 1:19.0-63.

Is that "just" a sign of the packages not being built in the correct
environment, or something that needs source changes?
