Hello release team,

I'd like to request a transition slot for libconfig 1.8.2 currently in
experimental. This release includes a new soversion.

I've rebuilt all the reverse dependencies. solarpowerlog is the only
FTBFS, and its failure is unrelated to this transition (#1127284)

Ben file:

title = "libconfig";
is_affected = .depends ~ "libconfig++11" | .depends ~ "libconfig11" |
.depends ~ "libconfig++15" | .depends ~ "libconfig15";
is_good = .depends ~ "libconfig++15" | .depends ~ "libconfig15";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libconfig++11" | .depends ~ "libconfig11";

Thanks
