Package: release.debian.org Severity: normal User: [email protected] Usertags: binnmu X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected] Control: affects -1 + src:glib2.0 Hi, The test suite for glib2.0 is a bit sensitive to the different error codes PCRE2 raises; so the tests for the version in unstable that was built against PCRE2 10.46 won't work when PCRE2 10.48 is installed, which means that glib2.0 needs to be rebuilt against PCRE2 10.48 (now in unstable) before PCRE2 can migrate to testing. See #1118572 for discussion of this, particularly https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1118572#61 where Simon (glib2.0 maintainer) suggests a binNMU as the correct approach at this point nmu glib2.0_2.89.4-2 . ANY . unstable . -m "Rebuild against pcre2 10.48" Thanks, Matthew
