The problem does not come from multiple source packages that need to be
updated together. Instead it comes from the way Debian does signing of
secure boot components. After the linux packages got built and accepted,
an automatic process takes the output and produces a new source package
that is uploaded, built and accepted. So the signed stuff will always
come later (between hours or days in normal cases, but esp for backports
even more then a week later).
