Daniel, Yes you can be retained as Uploader for all three packages. The Debian Perl team uses subversion (though with a different layout). I find the Debian perl layout easier to use. You can apply to join at http://alioth.debian.org/projects/pkg-perl/. I am not sure it makes much sense to have a team as an uploader though. I don't think we need to do anything special with SVN. We just do "apt-get source; make changes and then svn-inject and purge the old repository".
