The second patch isn't necessary; gss-serv.c already unconditionally
includes includes.h, which in turn unconditionally includes defines.h.
defines.h appears to conventionally not be included by individual .c
files in OpenSSH.

I've applied the first of these two patches for my next upload; thanks.
