Bug#1002691: openssh-client: ssh-agent doesn't get autostarted under wayland

I'm using wayland with kde plasma on debian testing. Under wayland the ssh
agent doesn't get auto started as it does under x-server. According to google
that seems to be a known issue, but I couldn't find any bug report for debian.
So here it is :-).
I've solved it by applying this solution:
