Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
running "ssh domain.com" with config that works in Debian Stable, does not work in Debian Testing. Public and private key in place.
     * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Running "ssh user@[IP Address] -p[Port#]" results in the same error message.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
      Same error
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Connect to domain as before using Debian Stable
