Bug#1117720: ssh: not enumerating pkcs11 keys, fails with "pin required"

sorry, I found 1117638 too late, these can be merged.

One minor update: I had an old agent running - if I run a 10.1 agent with the
smartcard keys added to it, then it works. But it should without, too. :)
