Not actually pending yet, sorry - this is just on a branch for testing.

Would you mind trying out these packages?  You can find them in the "Job 
artifacts" section on the right of 
https://salsa.debian.org/ssh-team/openssh/-/jobs/8458120 - grab 
whichever ones you need for your system, assuming it's amd64.
