Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

since the version 1.0.13 the header file of the library includes a non-existing
file:

// Include Reader class with error stack for safer memory reading
#include "exr_reader.hh"

hence the header file can't be used, which kinda makes the whole package
unusable.
