Bug#1134925: texlive-binaries: cannot upgrade texlive due to conflict on dvidvi - missing Replaces?

I cannot upgrade texlive, but "apt install texlive -s" shows
that the upgrade is possible if dvidvi is removed. However,
this removal is not automatic, which is the issue.

I can see that texlive-binaries how has

Conflicts: dvidvi, [...]

  7.6.2. Replacing whole packages, forcing their removal

"dvidvi" should also be added to "Replaces:" to force its removal.
