The gcc-13 doesn't apply any more, e.g. when using rebootstrap:

I just uploaded cross-gcc-dev=249, with a refreshed set of patches for
gcc-13. I haven't actually used this patch set in a long time, so I
can't promise it actually works, other than applying successfully.
Please approach these defensively.
