On the bright side, works of the United States government are explicitly
ineligible for copyright protection.[1]  So the NSA can't object on this
basis.[2][3]  I wonder if the SVR & FSB (Russia), MOIS & IRGC (Iran),
and MSS (PRC) are similarly constrained.
