I think it is suitable to start discussing this, and I think it needs to lead 
to a GR.  We have reached the point where there are frequent emails claiming 
that someone should withdraw their contributions to Debian based on the use of 
AI.  That means that it is no longer acceptable for Debian no to have an 
official AI policy.
