If you want democracy in Debian, please respect the rules we agreed on.

A sole candidate does not mean there is "no democracy". Again, we still
have the option of NotA "None of the Above".

More importantly, the constitution clearly sets a deadline for nominations.
Accepting more nominations after that deadline is not an expansion of
democracy, but a departure from the agreed process. Please do not describe
this as "introducing democracy into Debian".

Democracy depends not only on the number of candidates, but also on
respecting the rules agreed in advance.

Please also respect those who support the current sole candidate.
