You're free to not care about Debian's end users, however Debian Developers should still concern themselves with the legitimacy of this election; multiple Debian Developers have expressed concern over the situation, and an election outcome seen as illegitimate by developers will invariably undermine trust in Sruthi's leadership, which hurts everybody.

If Sruthi should win, it should be in a race against Martínez.
