I am active only in Debian, so I do not have any solid idea about how 
things are working out in other Free Software projects. But based on 
whatever discussions I had with people from other projects, I would say 
that, while there may be a handful of projects doing good with respect 
to Diversity, most of the projects are in similar situation as us. Doing 
a best practice study of all the Free Software projects would a good 
initiative, something I might be interested in future, but right now, I 
do not have answers for that.
