GR -- Sign open letter to keep allowing users to install apps on android

Hello,

I have been vaguely aware that google decided to kill f-droid.

Since unfortunately at the moment mobian and similar initiatives aren't really 
viable alternatives to Android/iOS, I guess this affects most of us even if 
Debian as a project doesn't get installed on android devices.

So my proposal is for Debian to sign this, since it could add some weight

PS: as an aside, the security reasons google talks about are probably not the 
real reason.

In my personal experience, I've lead on some of the scammers who contacted me 
and occasionally they did ask me to install apps, but they were in the google 
play store, approved by google.
