A very substantial number of our upstreams including our only available
kernel have decided that none of these concerns matter and they're going
to ignore all licensing issues around LLM output. Whether we like it or
not, I don't think Debian realistically has enough leverage to change that
position. At this point, the ship is sufficiently sailed that I think only
direct government involvement (which at least in the US does not seem
likely) would make a difference.
