As it has been pointed out by others, the goal of this proposal seems to 
be underlated to "LLM usage in Debian". It's way more similar than last 
year's withdrawn GR on the interpretation of DSFG on deep learning 
models: <https://www.debian.org/vote/2025/vote_002>.

I agree that more Free and ethical deep learning models are needed, but 
maybe it'd be better to do this in a separate GR?
