Thanks.  I had intended for the renumbering to be done after the
discussion was concluded, soi that during drafting people could
continue to refer to "paragraph 8 of Ian's proposal" without
ambiguity.  But, what you have done is fine.  Next time I'll do the
renumbering myself right away.
