Re: LLM usage in Debian -- ballot options comparison

I updated https://people.debian.org/~lucas/gr-2026-002/comparison.html

Changes:
- added proposals G and H
- split out environmental impact in a separate line since this is an
  important point for many
- added the ability to generate a ballot (so you can drag and drop columns,
  and then copy-paste and send the generated ballot).

I am well aware that this is controversial. I received both very
positive and very negative feedback, and also requests to update the
